Value Chain

Sourcing

Fresh coconuts are sourced from thousands of coconut farmers across densely-populated coconut regions in Mindanao particularly CARAGA, Northern Mindanao and Davao.


Farming

Coconut farmers utilize natural farming methods and provided with coconut seedlings to encourage repopulation of young coconut trees.


Nut Buying

Coconuts are purchased at premium prices to ensure sufficient daily allocation and augment farmer income.

Coconuts are thoroughly selected piece by piece to maintain international quality standards.


Transport

Coconuts are hauled and transported directly to the production facility or received at strategically located nut buying stations to maximize area coverage.


Manufacturing

Coconuts are fully-used including coconut shells, which are utilized as feedstock for industrial boilers that generate culinary-grade steam, resulting to zero-waste from raw materials.


Storage

Coconuts are stored in large bodegas following a structured warehousing system prior to processing.


Nut Opening

Coconuts are drilled to extract the liquid component, then shelled and pared to reveal the white meat.


Processing

Coconut water is processed into a refreshing and nutritious beverage.

Coconut white meat is converted into a wide array of products including desiccated coconut, coconut milk powder, sweetened coconut, coconut cream/milk, reduced fat coconut, coconut cooking oil, crude coconut oil, roasted coconut, toasted coconut, paring cake and other highly in-demand product variants.

Food manufacturing operations are backed by multiple international quality certifications on food processing and safety.


Packaging

Finished products subjected to stringent quality assurance procedures including metal screening to avoid contamination prior to packaging.

Tetra packaging materials used are recyclable and compliant with export requirements.


Shipping

Finished goods are loaded into container vans and transported via trucks to domestic and international ports.


Sales and Distribution

Products are sold and distributed to a top-tier customer base composed of renowned local and international consumer household brands, within a global distribution network that caters to over 30 export markets.
