Ltd., which was incorporated and registered with the Singapore Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority on February 18, 2016, holds 100% equity investment in Red V Foods Corp. (RVF) which is a manufacturer and distributor of imported coconut products, including desiccated coconut, coconut milk powder, coconut cream and coconut oil. RVF sells the coconut products as such or utilizes them in the production of sweetened or toasted coconut flakes. RVF was incorporated in New Jersey, United States of America in 1992.

Apo Peak Holdings Pte. Ltd., which was incorporated and registered with the Singapore Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority on February 18, 2016, holds 100% equity investment in Fiesta Ingredients Australia Pty. Ltd. (FIA) which is a distributor of imported coconut products, including desiccated coconut, coconut milk powder, coconut cream, toasted coconut, reduced fat coconut, coconut water as well as dried fruits, nuts and seeds. FIA was incorporated in Victoria, Australia in 2004.

Lux Domino, LLC (Lux), was formed by RVF on May 06, 2022, a foreign limited liability company registered under the laws of Delaware. Lux is engaged in, but not limited to, manufacturing of coconut snack products and other related products. Lux is currently on a pre-operating stage of the business.
