  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 ½ cups cocoa powder
  • 2 ½ cups sugar
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • ¾ cup self-raising flour
  • 1 ¼ cups Fiesta Desiccated Coconut Shreds


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8 x 12-inch baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the butter, cocoa powder, and sugar in a pot and gently heat until the sugar melts, stirring to ensure the mixture does not burn.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool slightly.
  4. Slowly mix in the eggs, followed by the flour and Fiesta Desiccated Coconut Shreds.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Once cooled, cut into desired sizes.
