  • 1 whole Chicken
  • 1 tbsp. fish sauce (patis)
  • 1 tbsp. soy souce
  • 2 pcs. lemon juice (calamansi)
  • 1 tsp Romantika coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, thinly diced and seeds removed
  • ½ cup Fiesta coconut cream
  • ¼ cup water


  1. Cut the chicken into serving pieces and discard the skin.
  2. Marinate in a mixture of patis, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
  3. Meanwhile, saute in the coconut oil, chopped garlic, onions and tomatoes until soft.
  4. Add the chicken and the marinade and cook until almost tender.
  5. Pour in coconut cream, water and continue cooking until chicken is tender.
  6. When cooked, arrange the chicken in a platter and pour over the creamy sauce.
