  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • ¾ cup Fiesta Desiccated Coconut Shreds
  • ¾ cup honey
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spread the oats on a baking tray and toast for 10-12 minutes.
  2. In a pot, mix the butter, peanut butter, and honey. Bring to a simmer and whisk just until the mixture is well incorporated.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the toasted oats, Fiesta Desiccated Coconut Shreds, liquid mixture, vanilla, honey, raisins, and salt.
  4. Mix well until everything is well coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into an 8×8 inch baking tray lined with baking paper. Press firmly so that the mixture stays together when cut.
  6. Transfer to the fridge and chill for 2-3 hours.
  7. Remove from the baking tray, cut into bars, and enjoy!
