Ingredients

  • 1 mango peeled seeded and chopped
  • 1 & ½ bananas, sliced
  • ½ cup reconstituted Fiesta Coconut milk powder (dissolve 50 grams in 100ml water)
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 4 ice cubes, if needed
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tsp coconut extract
  • ½ tsp lime zest

Procedure

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend in a blender until smooth.
  2. Serve cold.
