  • 3 cups Fiesta Desiccated Coconut
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 can of big Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 4 pcs. Egg, medium size
  • 1 tsp Vanilla


  1. Separate the egg white from the egg yolks. Set aside
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Fiesta Desiccated Coconut, melted butter, condensed milk, egg yolks, and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form then gradually add sugar with continuous beating.
  4. Fold in the Fiesta Desiccated Coconut mixture into the egg white mixture. Do not over-mix or over-beat.
  5. Put a teaspoonful of the mixture into each macaroon aluminum baking cup line with 1 oz baking cup paper.
  6. Bake at 365 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 -30 minutes until golden brown.
