Ingredients
- 1/2 kilogram fish fillet (tuna or blue marlin)
- fresh ginger juice for marinating (pound and crushed ginger with a mortar and pestle, mix with water, then extract liquid and drain to get juice)
- salt and pepper for seasoning
- 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1/2 tbsp. fresh ginger sliced, garlic
- 2 tbsp. rice wine
- 1/2 cup Fiesta Coconut Cream
Procedure
1. Clean fish fillet very well.
2. Marinate it with a ginger juice for a few minutes.
3. Wash it off lightly with water.
4. Place the fish on a pan and season well with salt and pepper.
5. Add chopped garlic, slices of fresh ginger, rice wine and coconut cream.
6. Placed pan in the streamer and steam until the fish gets cooked.
7. Transfer cooked fish to a serving platter.
8. Strain the drippings left in the pan.
9. Pour thickened sauce over fish then served.
