- 1 Kilo soft or hard shelled crabs (Alimango or Alimasag)
- 1 thumb-sized ginger, crushed
- 1/2 cups Fiesta Brands Coconut Milk Powder dissolved in 2 cups hot water
- 2 heads garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper, to taste
1. Boil crabs and ginger in a little water. Drain.
2. Add to coconut cream and garlic.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
