Ingredients
Main Ingredients:
- 1 medium Onion
- 3 tbsp Green Pepper
- 1 small Clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Fiesta Creamed Desiccated Coconut
- 1 tbsp Butter
For Ketchup Mixture:
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1/4 tsp each Salt and Pepper
- Few drops only of Tomato Sauce
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Fiesta coconut cream /milk
Procedure
- Heat in a saucepan over low heat butter and Fiesta creamed desiccated coconut.
- Add the chopped onion, green pepper and garlic.
- Cook until the onion is transparent ,
- Add the ketchup mixture.
- Stir to blend well. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes with frequent stirring.
- Remove from heat and blend with ¼ cup lemon juice. Serve hot with red or white meat.
