Ingredients
- 3 cups Fiesta Desiccated Coconut
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 can big Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
- 4 pcs. Egg, medium size
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Procedure
- Separate the egg white from egg yolks. Set aside
- In a mixing bowl, combine Fiesta Desiccated Coconut, melted butter, condensed milk, egg yolks and vanilla. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form then gradually add sugar with continuous beating.
- Fold in the Fiesta Desiccated Coconut mixture into egg white mixture. Do not over mix or over beat.
- Put a teaspoonful of the mixture into each macaroon aluminum baking cup lines with 1 oz baking cup paper.
- Bake at 365 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 -30 minutes until golden brown.
