We constantly introduce programs geared towards people development, ensuring a safe working environment, improving compensation, opportunities for career advancement, among others.

Employee Welfare
We offer fair compensation to our people. On top of statutory benefits, we extend financial assistance, health insurance, bereavement support, flexible work arrangements and various types of individual loans at zero-interest amortization.
People Development
We believe that investing in people will translate to enhanced productivity, increased motivation and employee retention. We offer various internal and external training courses all-year round for skills development and career progression.
For 2022, employees underwent an average of 40 hours of individual training. In addition, the Board of Directors and Executive completed a short course on corporate governance.
Occupational Safety
Providing a safe working environment is our topmost priority. We adopt the Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA) standards, the world’s most widely-used audit, to ensure safe working conditions, promote human rights and best labor practices within the organization.
For 2022, we recorded a total of 13,226,720 safe man-hours with zero work-related casualties. In addition, we conducted 35 safety drills as part of our business contingency program to maintain readiness in the event of emergencies.
Human Rights
We uphold the basic rights and dignity of every individual. We have instituted policies that safeguard human rights and promote fair treatment to all within the organization.
