- Degree in BS Food Technology, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Chemistry or any related course.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Research and Development function specifically in primary food and beverage processing.
- Knowledgeable in preparing technical reports.
- With good decision- making skills.
- Familiar with local food and international regulations, basic food safety requirements and quality assurance.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- With high analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform under time pressure.
- Process and task oriented.
