Our Value Chain
Renewable Sourcing
We source fresh coconuts from thousands of farmers within a 200-kilometre radius of our manufacturing plant. Coconuts are delivered to the processing facility or collected from strategically located nut-buying stations. This harmonious co-existence demonstrates our ability to meet raw material requirements, while providing a stable livelihood for coconut farmers.
Zero-Waste Manufacturing
We process the entire coconut using modern technology, resulting in zero-waste generated from our primary input material. Coconut water and coconut white meat are converted into food and beverage products, while coconut shells are utilised as feedstock to fuel industrial boilers.
Quality Assurance, Shipping and Distribution
Finished goods are subjected to stringent quality controls including metal screening to eliminate risks of contamination prior to loading, shipping and distribution.
Responsible Consumption
Our products are sealed in eco-friendly and recyclable packaging materials that can be reused for other purposes.
Active Reforestation
We distribute coconut seedlings and essential planting equipment to coconut farmers to promote reforestation by increasing the population of young coconut trees. At the same time, this initiative doubles as a carbon sequestration effort to combat the adverse effects of climate change.
