Our Sustainability Blueprint

Our sustainability framework aims to contribute to permanent solutions that address various societal pain points through poverty alleviation and promoting inclusivity. Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, we strive to end poverty in all its forms within our host communities by providing stable livelihoods, education, and access to healthcare, while preserving our natural habitat.

As such, we have identified core pillars that will drive our sustainability agenda, each interconnected with one another to amplify reach and impact.
Education
We continuously invest in young minds through academic scholarship grants, including classroom renovations and distribution of school materials, to promote a conducive learning environment. We understand that formal education will help shape responsible and productive citizens of our country, paving a brighter future for the next generation.
Livelihood
We provide stable and alternative livelihoods for thousands of farmers and community members, allowing them to gain access to basic economic services. Through this pillar, we aim to enable communities to become self-sufficient in the long term.
Health
Through our social initiative, we opened the San Isidro Polymedic General Hospital (SIPGH) located in San Luis, Gingoog City, Misamis Oriental. SIPGH is the first secondary-level medical centre within its locality, offering a comprehensive suite of services and managed by experienced medical staff. We envision this social project to help address the inaccessibility to basic healthcare and modern facilities, particularly in remote rural areas. The SIPGH is expected to benefit more than 350,000 residents from surrounding communities.
Climate

We are committed to doing our share in mitigating the negative effects of global warming by incorporating climate-related risks and opportunities into our strategies and the conduct of our business. We are exploring the feasibility of harnessing clean energy to support peak operating hours, reducing our dependence on traditional power sources.
